Zaya S. Younan is an American entrepreneur and real estate mogul.

Born in Tehran, Iran of ethnic Assyrian heritage, Zaya Younan is an American citizen. He worked in senior executive positions with Fortune 500 companies, including General Motors, Johnson Controls and TRW, before he became the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Younan Properties, Inc. The company makes investments on behalf of private, corporate and institutional investors and is involved in all aspects of operation and asset management. It also specializes in acquiring Class A office properties in high-growth markets throughout the United States.
